Josh's Birthday

For Josh's birthday, we went out to eat at Goodwood.  We wanted to try it our for a while and my friend, Rachel, watched the kids so we could go.

It was super yummy!

Oh Josh is such a cute, little boy.
His family tradition was that you got a candle in your breakfast and the fam sang to you and you got one present in the morning as well.  We decided to carry that on with our own kids.

Is it just me, or is that button about to pop?

This cake looks really lame, I know.  Josh works for a company called Boomerang.  It is an automated parking garage company.  He works on the AGV, that is the robot that parks the cars.  The idea for the cake was born immediately.
31 balloons with $1 bill inside each one.

That is $31, for those of you who can't do math. :)

It was a kind of chaotic birthday.  With us trying to move a week later, his birthday was kind of rocky but all in all, we got to spend time together and we all laughed and had  good time.

Happy birthday to my best friend and husband.  I love you so much.  Here's to 31, I know the best part about you turning 31 is that you are now older than Micheal.  Well, Micheal's human age.  And let's face it, you always LOVE being older than Amy.... and you love rubbing that in her face.  What more could you ask for?

Easter

If you have a beard, why not take advantage of the many things you can do with it?  You know, like put chopsticks through it.

We had a fun time dying eggs at my parents' house.  The kiddos all colored probably 12 eggs each and then my dad did a cute Easter egg hunt in the house and the kiddos got LOTS of candy and chocolate.  It was really fun.

I will probably be shot, dead, for posting this picture of Amy but I couldn't resist.  If you look close enough, I think you can see drool.  Nice.

She was just a tad bit tired.  Look at how she's cuddled up to that blanket though.  I think she's dreaming about Micheal.

We went to our city Easter Egg Hunt.  The girls got to see the cute bunny.

There are lots of eggs out there!

Halle got a helmet because she got a scooter for Easter.

 Why are they so weird?

We went on a ride to the pharmacy a few blocks away from our house and Halle said she wanted it to go on its own, she shouldn't have to push.  How did we forget to get the scooter with a motor on it?  How stupid are we?  Lazy, lazy, lazy!

Josh's mom puts on a BIG Easter egg hunt every year.  It is complete with a golden egg with some serious cash in it.  The girls had so much fun and there was even a hunt for adults.  I won a gift card to Amazon.  How cool is that?

I wan to pinch her bum!

There's nothing quite like help from your sister.  I wouldn't know what that is like when I was younger, my sister just punched my bladder and scratched me until I bled and pulled me down the stairs by my ankles.  I won't name names.... :)

Cute little Isa, getting her eggs.

OH MY GOSH!!!  A picture of the 4 of us, all looking at the camera.  Unbelievable.

This is a rarity all on it's own.  Halle sitting and playing with uncle Jake, unheard of.

Why Not Jump If You Have A New Dress?

My girls are so spoiled by their aunt Amy.  She gave them some dresses for Easter, but not only did she give them dresses, she had just a couple extra to give them too... You know, who wouldn't do that?  The girls instantly put them on and went a jumping on the tramp.

Yes, this is a post with a whole lot of pictures and not a lot of words.  Probably the best kind of post.  Love my girls so much.  I especially love this last picture the most!
